Attorney Daniel Myers is the founding member of Myers Law, LLC. As an attorney, Dan has successfully represented homeowners, consumers, small businesses, and large corporations in a variety of legal matters, handling everything from small claims disputes (cases involving $3,000 or less) to million-dollar transactions. At Myers Law, Dan focuses his attention on serving clients with construction problems, home repair / improvement issues, employment disputes, unpaid minimum wage & overtime concerns, debt collector, consumer law, and general litigation issues.
Dan has successfully represented homeowners across Ohio against unscrupulous construction contractors.
The son of a Toledo-area union bricklayer and community/family advocate, Dan learned the value of hard work, honesty, and loyalty from an early age. Throughout his life, Dan has diligently and tirelessly fought on the side of people and businesses who have been wronged. He brings that same dedication to his work as an attorney.
After graduating from Case Western Reserve University, Dan attended law school at the Cleveland-Marshall College of Law. While in law school, Dan served as the Submissions Editor for the Cleveland State Law Review and represented clients in the Employment Law Clinic. Dan won multiple awards for his work and studies from the C-M College of Law, American Bar Association, and Ohio State Bar Association. After working part-time throughout school and actively involving himself in the community, Dan graduated in the top 5% of his class. Since becoming an attorney, Dan has been selected to the Rising Star List in Ohio for Consumer Law by Super Lawyers / Thomson Reuters in 2014, 2016, 2017, and 2018.
Dan regularly conducts seminars and workshops for businesses, consumers, and other attorneys on employment law, consumer law, and construction law topics.
Dan is also a member of the Ohio Association for Justice and the following bar associations:
Dan is a Trustee of the Cleveland-Marshall Law Alumni Association, was an elder at Church of the Coventant (PC USA), and volunteers his time to speak with and train future attorneys looking to strike out on their own. During his free time, Dan enjoys spending time and exploring Ohio with his wife Ashley, son William, and husky Loki.
