Cleveland Clinic tells Patients, Public one Story, and the Judge another, in its Effort to avoid Consumer Protections.

It appears that a pending lawsuit over the Cleveland Clinic’s billing and pricing practices has put the Cleveland Clinic at odds with the Cleveland Clinic (and its own attorneys).

Myers Law is taking on illegal and unfair billing and pricing practices of hospital systems across Ohio. Just like car mechanics, construction contractors, and other service providers, hospitals are required to comply with Ohio consumer protection laws. But they don’t.
