I think this Atty may be doing illegal things again my son has received several letters claiming they had obtained judgements against him for hospital services even though he received no court papers he had been paying the judgements but they never give him the complete account of money due and paid. Also they claim to be owed thousands in interest and that he is paying that off first

This is the worst collection agency ever. They are now using a law that I never knew existed to get my husband to pay my debt. No dates of when this bill was from. Just the amount and one small section of the revised code. I have not been to SRMC in over 3 years. They are ridiculous.

They are definitely committing illegal activities still. I just received a letter from Jeffrey Goll and DDY Inc. this morning. Stating that I owe Salem Community Hospital Salem Regional Medical Center over $3,500 with out dates or break down of debt. I haven’t been to SCH SRMC in over two years. Everything I owe SCH SRMC is just over $1,700 and is handled by two different collections agencies (neither collection agencies are DDY) and is showing on my credit report. I’m not sure if they are trying to collect debt that I had disputed and won the dispute and/or were required to be closed by a credit agency. I know for a fact I don’t owe the amount they are stating and my debt for SCH SRMC isn’t even handled by them.
